Returning Pumps for Repair
We ask that all patients call their dealer first.
If the dealer is unable to assist you, then give us a call. Please have the model and serial number of the pump (located on the lower back of the pump) along with the problem you are encountering ready so we may help you promptly.
Once we have all the correct information a return authorization number (RA) will be assigned to you.
Please ship the pump back to us either by the US Post office, FedEx or UPS with the RA number listed on the outside of the box. Please make sure that the pump is packed well for shipping.

If the pump is under warranty (within 3 years of the purchase date) there is no service charge for repairs as long as they are a manufacturer’s defect. If pump is under warranty and the repairs are found to be caused by Customer Abuse, then there will be a service charge.
If the pump is no longer under warranty then there will be a service charge for any repairs.
All service charges must be paid by either credit card or COD.
